Description

1. Provide engineering support, supervision, labor, and materials. 2. Provide and replace the chiller with a new variable speed air-cooled chiller. 3. Install CO2 Sensors to manage OSA damper positioning. 4. Remap BMS points and modify program as necessary 5. Perform start-up 6. Perform sequence testing of all components, adjustments as needed and verify proper operation of chiller unit and CO2 sensors and dampers.
