Description

Qualified General Contractors (GCs) are invited to bid on the construction of a new 4,000 square foot pre-engineered metal building Sand Shed with Magnesium-Chloride (Mg-CL) containment structure at an existing CDOT maintenance facility near the summit of La Veta Pass in Huerfano County, CO. Site work shall include the asphalt demolition, regrading, and construction of a new retaining wall, concrete curbs and drain pans, asphalt paving and a sand filter structure. The Sand Shed shall consist of 10-foot concrete walls with a pre-engineered metal building wall and roof structure above and the mag chloride structure shall consist of 4-foot-high concrete walls. Questions due 11/2/21.
