Description
Through this Invitation for Bid (IFB), the Facilities, Fleet & Emergency Support Services Department of Douglas County Government, hereinafter referred to as the County, respectfully requests bids from responsible qualified firms for the provision of services related to full-service (with parts) Semi-Annual Maintenance for the Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) at various County building locations, as specified.The initial contract, issued as a result of this IFB, will be for a period of one (1) year, beginning approximately January 1, 2022 to and including December 31, 2022. The County shall have the option to renew this contract for four (4) additional periods of one (1) year each, with the same terms and conditions. Questions due 10/26/21.
