Description
The work consists of removal and replacement of the existing single-span, reinforced concrete slab bridge (SN 038-0028) with a dual-cell, cast-in-place (CIP) concrete box culvert (SN 038- 2567) using stage construction on an existing alignment. The approach pavement will be removed and reconstructed, which shall include the placement of embankments, HMA roadway and shoulder construction and resurfacing, aggregate shoulder construction, aggregate surface course for entrances, traffic barrier terminal and guardrail installation and removal , temporary and permanent pavement markings, temporary concrete barrier and attenuator placement, riprap placement, grading ditches, landscaping, and all incidental and collateral work necessary to complete the project as shown on the Plans and as described herein. DBE goal is 10%. EEO requirements.
