Description
The project consists of reconstructing a new retaining wall with associated appurtenances, HMA pavement, aggregate base course, type B gutter, guardrail, pavement markings and other improvements along the Entrance Road to the Buffalo Rock State Park. This work also includes removing existing pavement, guardrail in accordance with the plans and specifications stated herein. DBE goal is 8%.
