Description

The project consists of constructing a new recreation park to include the following: 4 natural grass baseball/softball fields, 2 natural grass multi -purpose fields, sports field lighting and associated electrical, restroom/concessions buildings, maintenance building, playground, walking trails, and parking. Questions should be submitted in writing to the Architect or Owner in writing 5 days before the bid due date. 

Bonds required.
