Water Systems Improvements, Cuthbert, GA

The Project consists of replacement of existing water main with +/- 2,300 linear feet of new 10” PVC water main, +/- 1,700 linear feet of new 8” PVC water main, and +/- 3,800 linear feet of new 6” PVC water main, including fittings, valves, fire hydrants, services and all other items indicated in these Contract Documents.. This project is expected to be funded all or in part by the Georgia Department of Community Affairs Community Development Block Grant program and, as such, is subject to Federal and State contract provisions. This project is covered under the requirements of Section 3 of the HUD Act of 1968, as amended. This is a Section 3 Contract opportunity and Section 3 Business Concerns are encouraged to apply. All permits required for the construction of this project are expected to be approved prior to the date of full contract execution and notice to proceed (pending approval of GDOT utility permits, if applicable).
