RFPQ: Construction & or Project Management Services, San Pablo, CA

The City of San Pablo invites interested firms or persons (individually, a “Respondent” and collectively, “Respondents”) to submit their qualifications and proposals in response to this RFPQ. The purpose of this RFPQ is to select a consultant or consultant team that can manage and lead the planning, design and construction of a new Police Headquarters and Training Facility (“Project”) for the City. Professional disciplines expected to be involved with the Project include, but are not limited to, architectural, civil and structural engineering, planning, electrical, mechanical (HVAC), environmental documentation and associated technical studies, utility coordination, advanced Project renderings of Project solutions and other disciplines. The City Hall was recently relocated to 1000 Gateway Ave, San Pablo, CA. The City desires to construct the Project to bring the Police staff adjacent to the newly relocated City Hall. Moreover, the City has outgrown the current Police Building and is in need of an upgraded and larger facility. Project duration is 24 months with an anticipated start date of Jan 2022.
