Description
Roberts Pool replacement at Roberts Regional Recreation Area consists of demolition of existing 2500 SF pool and all related concrete pool decks. Demolition of existing 1800 SF pool house building. Demolition of existing 400 SF Pump House building and all related equipment. Construction of grading/earthwork and retaining walls. Construction of 1450 SF Pump Building containing pumps, filters, chemical storage and general storage. Construction of 2500 SF Pool House Building containing offices, restrooms and changing rooms. Construct new 200 SF pool and related concrete pool deck. Reconfigure ADA parking stalls. Construction of associated landscaping and site utilities. 300 working days. Questions due via email by 5:00pm 10/27/21.
