Description
Colorado Springs Utilities will be issuing a solicitation to secure labor, materials, equipment, and supplies required to perform All Division Concrete Projects to be performed at various locations within Utilities’ service area. Scope of work may include the removal and replacement of existing concrete and new construction of miscellaneous concrete items. Contractor shall perform all tasks required as part of each specific project scope as provided by the PM. Contractor shall provide all deliverables required as part of each specific project scope as provided by the PM. Term is one year with 4 one year renewal options.
Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
