Description
The Worcester Housing Authority (WHA) is soliciting bids for installation services of WHA provided VCT floor tiles at various WHA federal and state properties. The term of this contract shall begin January 1, 2022 through December 31, 2023 with the option to extend, at the sole discretion of the WHA, for two (2) additional one (1) year terms. Bids shall be accompanied by a copy of a “Certificate of Eligibility” (DCAMM Form CQ-7) issued by the Department of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) and a “Contractor Update Statement” (DCAMM Form CQ-3). Certification shall be in the following categories of work: Floor Covering or General Building Contractor. M/WBE goal is 15%.
