Description

The Town is interested in establishing an ongoing relationship with a contractor to ensure high quality, necessary, timely, and cost-efficient building inspection and plan review services. We expect that the contractor chosen will be experienced in the type of building inspection services required on an ongoing basis by statutory towns and will be generally familiar with the building inspection issues associated with such municipalities. Questions due 10/20/21. 

Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
