The selected service provider shall have the qualifications and expertise to provide management and oversight recommendations for the most efficient needs of each site, and agreement terms to include the ability to modify with reasonable cost adjustments, up or down, for service modifications. • Preference for single carrier, all sites. • Single Point Service Call Handling • Solid waste pickup service by location (see Exhibit A for location detail) • Recycling Service option • Frequency of service pick up by location • Day of week for service schedule • Next day extra service pickup request • Large item removal requests with a 24–48-hour commitment • Pricing for ongoing scheduled service • Inclusion of enclosure cleanup – additional consideration • Any factors utilized for price changes during the first year, and those post first year • Multi-year agreements will be considered with deeper discounted rate structures o Not to exceed 5 years, 3 Maximum preferred • Prices for additional/special pick-up requests o Same or next day response preferred • Costs for roll off services with delivery to all sites currently and future sites within Jefferson County o Same or next day response preferred • Online Application for service requests and account needs • Advance notification of changes to schedule o Include Missed Pickup and Recovery Notification Automated • Options for bear proof/animal prevention containers if needed • Include option for cleaning interior of enclosures as needed on pickup dates • Pricing to exclude any assumed taxes related to State Sales/Use Tax Exemption status of FRH o Certificate Provided as Attachment B.
