Description
People Incorporated of Virginia is inviting separate, sealed bids from experienced, reliable general contractors for the rehabilitation of the existing Singleton Automotive Building into an office building. Renovations will include a parking lot, interior offices, bathrooms, conference areas, etc., along with replacing existing storefronts, windows and adding more storefronts at rollup door locations.
