Description
Demolition and construction of a new F-22 hangar that is inclusive of an open air, large steel truss hangar bay and a steel framed, flat roof 2 story office building. This project is inclusive of insulated metal wall and roof panels, brick and precast veneer on CMU, glass assemblies, drywall assemblies, resilient, tile and carpet flooring, epoxy flooring, EIFS, and ACT ceiling tiles. W. M. Jordan is requesting that subcontractors provide all pricing 24 hours prior to the scheduled bid date. SBE documentation requried.
Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
