82,000 square foot 3-story shell office/research building with a steel structure on spread footings. Exterior façade includes brick, composite metal panels, wood paneling/siding, aluminum storefront, and curtain wall. Alternate No. 1 pricing should include all work required for the multi-tenant corridor including metal stud walls, bulkheads, gypsum board, all finishes, doors/frames/hardware, mechanical systems serving the multi-tenant corridor, and life safety systems as described on AE101. Alternate No. 2 should include pricing to replace ACM #2 panels with Morin Concealed Fastener Matrix panels using multiple profiles and all sub framing required as described on AE201. Please note that the sitework package has been awarded, not including masonry/concrete pavers, site landscaping, and site irrigation. Q&A due by 3pm, 10/27/21.
