Description
The project consists of +-14,500SF of interior renovations to the existing 7th Floor to be done in 2 Phases. The trades involved included selective demolition, miscellaneous steel, Unistrut Supports, Rough Carpentry, Casework, Solid Surface Tops, Moisture Mitigation, Fire Stopping, Caulking, Doors, Frames and Hardware, Automatic Operators, Interior Storefront, Decorative Glazing, Integral Blinds, Light Gauge Framing and Drywall, Tile, Acoustical Ceilings, Resilient Flooring, Carpet Tile Flooring, Painting, Wall Protection, Toilet Accessories, Fire Extinguisher Cabinets, Horizontal Blinds, Fire Suppression, Plumbing, Medical Gas, HVAC, TABs (1st Tier), Electrical, Fire Alarm. Per Section 1.16.B.1 of the Bid Form, Electrical and Plumbing/Mechanical Subcontractors shall have demonstrated previous experience within a hospital setting. Proposed Electrical and Plumbing/Mechanical Subcontractors are to provide examples of five projects which demonstrate their experience with this particular area of work. Please provide a listing of your qualifying experience on your letterhead no later than Thursday, October 28, 2021 at noon. Q&A due by 5pm, 10/18/21.
