Description
St. Louis County Project No. AR-1771, Federal Project No. CMAQ-4900(641) consists of the installation of Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) facilities and replacement of existing traffic signal controller units along portions of James S. McDonnell Boulevard, Howdershell Road, Shackelford Road, and Old Halls Ferry Road, as indicated on the plans, within St. Louis County and other incidental items necessary to complete the above in a workmanlike manner. Contractors and sub-contractors who sign a contract to work on a public works project shall provide a ten (10) hour OSHA construction safety program, or similar program approved by the Department of Labor and Industrial Relations, to be completed by their on-site employees within sixty (60) days of beginning work on the construction project. Questions due 5:00 p.m. on October 27, 2021 The DBE Goal for this project is 10%. No 2nd tier subcontracting will be allowed on this project.
