Description
The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center solicits bids for the replacement of the hot water generation and distribution equipment and replacement of the vertical and horizontal piping infrastructure for Bldg NB - Simmons Biomedical Research Research Building, floor levels 1-11. Base Bid: (Phase 1) Replacement of hot water generation and distribution equipment and replacement of the vertical piping infrastructure for NB Building Alternate A: Additional inline pump for hot water recirculation Alternate B: Skip-mounted packaged inline pump system for hot water recirculation Alternate C: (Phase 2) Replacement of the horizontal piping infrastructure for NB Building Alternate D: (Phase 3) Demolition of existing vertical and horizontal piping infrastructure floors 1 through 11. The project will be constructed under a single prime contract. Total project duration is 20 months. Questions are due no later than 12:00 PM on Nov 4th.
