Multi-Year Contract: CCC Camarillo Pest Control Services, Camarillo, CA

Vendor to provide pest control/prevention service for nine buildings and various outbuildings to cover; - Cockroaches - Ants - Spiders - Rats - Mice - Wasps - Crickets - Earwigs - Silverfish - Pill bugs - Black widows Services to be performed monthly for insect control with occasional rodent control apparatus as needed. In the event additional services are necessary between regularly scheduled visits for pests, such service will be rendered without any additional charge. Contractor to provide an itemized invoice after each service to include all the following: time period, covered by invoice, a description of services performed, total amount due included all costs incurred by the contractor, under the terms of the agreement. The contractor shall be paid in arrears after submission of original invoice. Contractor must possess a valid State of California pest control license throughout the entire term of the contract.
