3-Year Contract: Office Furniture Moving Services, Sacramento, CA

The Contractor agrees to provide the State Controller’s Office (SCO) office furniture moving services. Services will be for the greater Sacramento area; however, services may occur statewide upon the request of SCO. Services should include but are not limited to: the removal and transportation of office furniture, equipment, and related supplies from an existing location, to a new location. Contractor shall relocate boxes, file/computer carts, chairs, computer equipment, fax machines, office copiers, supplies, equipment, machinery, bookcases, supply or filing cabinets, office furniture, etcetera, to and from cubicles, offices, and/or other ancillary space as directed by SCO personnel. The term “Contractor” as used in this document includes all staff, drivers, agents, and subcontractors of the Contractor. DBE incentives. Questions due 10/26/21.
