Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside, NAICS Code: 236220 - Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. This project will replace existing exterior windows located at the James J. Peters/Bronx VA Medical Center for the purpose of creating a new energy efficient, green initiative and LEED atmosphere. This replacement will address (but not limited to) the following: An all-energy efficient and environmental concept which has become a standard design protocol for federal facilities throughout the United States. The design will include a collaborative design that is aesthetic, energy efficient, cost effective and comprehensive for the modern work and health care environment.
