Description
Contractor hereby agrees to furnish all materials, tools, equipment and labor necessary to remove and dispose of damaged asphalt pavement. Compact all existing class II road base. Replace existing asphalt with four (4”) inches of new asphalt pavement. All pavement will have a Type I slurry seal (provide a 30 day cure time prior to slurry application), provide temporary pavement markers during asphalt curing. Replace all existing painted pavement striping and pavement markings. Approximately 20,000 square feet of asphalt of will be involved in this project at Pelican Point Day-use area within Crystal Cove State Park, 8471 North Coast Highway, Laguna Beach, County of Orange, 92651-1043. Term is Sixty (60) calendar days from the date of written notice to commence work. This time includes ten (10) calendar days allowed for the contractor to prepare to begin work. Anticipated start date: February 1, 2022 DVBE 6%. Questions due 11/5/21.
