Description
furnish all supplies, materials, tools, equipment (including hoses), protective covering , labor, personnel, and supervision; pay all taxes, insurance, license and permit fees, and all other direct and indirect costs necessary to provide semiannually (not to exceed twice a year) Parking Lot Sweeping Services in accordance with the terms set forth in this Agreement.
