Sierra Conservation Center Vinyl Flooring Installation and Repair, Jamestown, CA

Work includes: Provide labor to repair and install approximately 10,000 square feet of new fully welded sheet vinyl flooring with 5” high integral base throughout subproject 2, Main Medical Building Facility A and B, for a complete Vinyl Flooring system that meets or exceeds specifications, subject to approval by IWL Site Supervisor.  Coordinate all preparation and installation of new vinyl flooring at each phase with the IWL Site Supervisor.  Prepare existing concrete slab in accordance with flooring material manufacturer’s recommendations, written instructions and specifications. Floor surface is to be approved by flooring manufacturer’s representative prior to the installation of new vinyl flooring and integral coved base.  Make final reset to existing replacement floor drains, (installation of drains by others) replace tamper resistant fasteners and tying new vinyl flooring into thresholds. Contractor shall install adhesive set transition strips where necessary. All work to be overseen by the IWL Site Supervisor. All work shall be in accordance with the work described herein and with the plans, drawings and specifications attached hereto. In the event of a conflict between the Scope of Work (SOW), plans and specifications, the SOW shall prevail. The Contractor shall be present for all inspections of the vinyl flooring work with the IWL Site Supervisor. Term is 730 Calendar Days from the notice to proceed. DBE preference.
