Unit Price Contract for Flooring Services, Huntsville, TX

Sam Houston State University through this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is seeking a qualified contractor(s) to provide “as needed” flooring services on both the main Sam Houston State University Campus in Huntsville, Texas (including Gibbs Ranch, Biological Sciences Center for Biological Field Studies, University Plaza, Natural Science and Art Research Center, and The University Camp), the Sam Houston State University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Conroe, Texas, The Woodlands Center Campus in The Woodlands, Texas and any other location determined by the University under a Unit Price Contract (“Contract” herein). The Contract shall begin on or before November 10, 2021 ending August 31, 2022 with an option to renew annually for up to four (4) additional years (September 1st to August 31st). Questions are due no later than 11:00 am on Oct 21st. HSP required. When completing the HSP make note that the University’s HUB goals are as follows: Building Construction 21.10% Special Trade 32.90% Professional Services 23.70% Other Services 26.00% Commodities 21.10%
