Lake Kathryn Circle Complete Street Improvements, Casselberry, FL

The Work specified in the “Scope of Services” generally includes improvements to Lake Kathryn Circle and other areas in its vicinity. Work includes but is not limited to: maintenance of traffic, clearing and grubbing, excavation, embankment, road base installation, asphalt paving, sidewalk, curb, concrete driveway aprons, inlets, storm pipes, brick pavers, landscaping, irrigation, pavement markings, Water main installation, Water main HDD, Water services, Water main abandonment, Water main adjustments, Sanitary Sewer Collection and transmission system, ROW to Resident lateral connections, Septic Tank Decommissioning and Abandonment, Force main installation and removal, bypass pumping, lighting conduit and pull box installations. Work includes all required Maintenance of Traffic (MOT) following FDOT standard specifications and all necessary Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) and Best Management Practices (BMPs) required by local jurisdictions. All pedestrian facilities shall adhere to current Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) standards. The CONTRACTOR for this Project must perform at least forty percent (40%) of the work with its own forces.
