Description
| It is the intent of this solicitation (2021-238) to engage multiple qualified contractors to provide remodeling, repairs, and minor construction services on a per-project task authorization basis. For the purposes of this RFP, individual project costs will not exceed $50,000.00. The successful firms shall prove by their qualifications, experience, availability, approach, and plan for the work, that they will best serve the overall needs of the City. |
