Description
The Portsmouth Redevelopment and Housing Authority (Authority) is requesting proposals from qualified Offerors to establish multiple contracts for General Construction Services using Job Order Contracting (JOC) or task order services. The selected Offerors will be responsible for repairs, alterations, remediation, modernization and rehabilitation of infrastructure, buildings, structures, or other real property in accordance with all terms, conditions and specifications as set out in this Request for Proposal (RFP).
