Description

Establish a growing, healthy turf over all areas designated in the plans. The Contractor shall use sod in areas designated in the plans to be sodded. Maintain turf areas until final acceptance of all contract work. Work will include all mulching, sodding, fertilizing, clipping removal, litter control, edging and watering necessary to provide routine maintenance of the grassed area throughout the establishment period

Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
