ELS Construction is seeking subcontractors for ground-up construction 14,099 SF of Caliber Collision at 615 S Scatterfield Rd, Anderson IN 46012 for the following trades:  Acoustical Ceilings, Asphalt, Blinds (Roller Shades), Concrete (New Construction), Demolition, Doors / Frames / Hardware, Doors – Overhead, Drywall, Electrical, Fencing, Final Clean, Finish Carpentry / Millwork / Fixturing, Fire Alarm, Fire Sprinkler, Flooring (Includes VCT, Carpet, Tile), Glass, HVAC, Insulation, Louvers & Vents, Voice & Data, Masonry, Painting, Plumbing, Roofing, Steel – Erection, Steel - Structural / Steel Fabrication, Striping, Temporary Fencing, Toilet Accessories, Toilet Partitions.  Please note that all awarded subcontractors will have to go through the GC Pay software process to submit all invoices and compliance documents.  Please be sure to include the $15.00 per invoice administration fee in your proposal.  All proposal submissions should include a copy of your company’s W-9.  Failure to comply with this request may disqualify you from winning the project.   All proposals should be sent to [email protected].
