Description
The purpose of this project is to partner with home builders to construct affordable housing units, either owner-occupied or rental, that meet the requirements of Ocala Code of Ordinances Chapter 106, Article 4 – Affordable Housing (Exhibit A). The City possesses multiple undeveloped parcels in neighborhoods throughout the community and desires to see them developed for affordable housing.
