Description
Construction of a 13-foot octagonal Gazebo structure on a concrete pad located adjacent to the existing Pavillion building at the EXPO Center. Work also includes the installation of outdoor lighting, conduits, conductors, lamp posts with luminaires, planting of owner provided trees, landscaping and irrigation, and planting. Included are installation of perimeter vinyl fencing and gates, minor grading and drainage, and sidewalk replacement. Term is 60 working days.
Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
