This is a solicitation for contractors interested in entering into a State Let Construction Contract for a safety improvement & hazard elimination project on IH 20 from the Gregg County Line to 0.5 miles west of SH43 (16.8140 miles); on IH 20 from 0.5 miles west of US 80 to the Louisiana State Line (7.8590 miles); on IH 20 from 0.5 miles west of SH 43 to 0.16 miles west of FM 31 (6.8830 miles); and on 0.16 miles west of FM 31 to the Louisiana State Line (15.4290 miles). Work is performed in Harrison County. Time for Completion: 131 working days. DBE Goal: 2.0%
