To provide as-needed rentals of changeable message signs.

1.            CMS specifications are based on a Solar Technology MBII configured as follows:

B)           Mid-Size, 54 x92

C)           LED full matrix panel

D)           170 watt

E)           Touch Screen Color Back-Lit Controller

F)            Lift & rotate trailer

G)           30-amp on board battery charger

2.            City will consider other CMS rental equipment that is functionally equivalent. Minor variations of size, power, color, and the like that do not negatively impact the desired functional performance based on the above specifications may considered by City; City’s determination of functional performance is final.

3.            Provide only well-maintained fully-tested CMS units.

4.            The sign panel shall be attached to a telescoping mast assembly to facilitate raising and rotating the display panel from the transport position to the operating position safely and quickly by an unassisted operator. Term is one year with up to 4, one year, renewal options.
