Description

The City of Surprise is seeking bids for Pump Station Replacement & Pond Improvement Project located at Dick McComb Park for the Parks and Recreation. Contractor will have 200 Calendar days from the date of the Award of the contract under this IFB to complete the "Project," as identified herein. Substantial Completion must be achieved on or before 01/31/2022. Final Completion must be achieved on or before 05/30/2022. Deadline for questions is October 28, 2021 by 4:00pm. 

Bonds required.
