LA Cima Conservation Camp HVAC Replacements, Julian, CA

Contractor shall provide all material, labor, equipment, tools, permits, taxes, fees, and all other services necessary, to replace existing HVAC systems for a kitchen and dormitory, located at CAL FIRE’s La Cima Conservation Camp. Contract shall: - Add two (2) Gree R410A Outdoor Condensers, two (2) Gree Indoor R410A Cassette units in the kitchen dining area (or CAL FIRE approved equal) and provide and install new digital programmable thermostats. - Add one (1) Side Discharge Evaporative cooler to serve the La Cima Kitchen food prep area. - Remove and dispose of existing package units; provide and install two (2) new, five (5) ton, Packaged Heat Pumps to serve the dormitory building, adaptation to existing duct connections, electrical connections, and controls with condensation drain to existing location; provide and install new digital programmable thermostats. - Generally required - Provide and install copper line sets, control wires, condensation drain lines and connection of high voltage wiring, vacuum pumping to 500 microns to check for leaks and remove contaminants from refrigeration lines, adaptation to condensation drain lines and connect condensate pumps. - Related to Evaporative Cooler: Make final connection to high voltage wiring supplied by CAL FIRE, install copper valve and copper water supply lines from nearby water supplied by CAL FIRE, provide and make ductwork and flashings from the exterior to interior. - Kitchen Exhaust Fan - Provide and install custom side discharge curb, raise/extend exhaust fan exhaust to appropriate height and install CAL FIRE provided exhaust fan, custom design build of exhaust fan side discharge counter flashing, proper start up, and commissioning when complete.  Questions due 11/2/21.
