Description

Contractor shall provide all material, labor, equipment, tools, permits, taxes, fees, and all other services necessary, to replace an existing HVAC system at CAL FIRE’s Flinn Springs Fire Station. Contract shall: - Provide and install a new 100k BTU 5-Ton York 80% single stage furnace and a 5-Ton R410A, 14 SEER York outdoor condenser, paired with a 5-Ton ADP coil (or CAL FIRE approved equal), new R-6 flex ductwork and require appurtenances (e.g., connections, collars, and TWYE branches). - Remove and dispose of existing HVAC equipment and existing duct system materials; All existing ductwork must be removed from attic space. - Design and install new duct system layout. - Seal all connections. - Strap new ductwork where appropriate and required. - Adapt to existing and provide new where required: electrical, drains, controls, copper refrigerant lines. - Vacuum pump to 500 microns to check new system for leaks and remove contaminants from refrigerant lines. - Supply startup and commissioning of system. - Provide CAL FIRE with system testing and balancing report. Term is through 6/30/22. DBE incentives. Questions due 11/2/21.
