Scope of work will include the cost of all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, tools, taxes, machinery, utilities, temporary facilities, transportation, hoisting, storage, dust suppression, and abatement, if necessary and if it is not being performed by Contractor, permits, if necessary and applicable to this Scope of Work, engineering as applicable to and if required by this Scope of Work, and all other services and items reasonably inferable from, or the logical extension of, the Bidding/Subcontractor documents that are manifestly required for proper and timely execution of the Subcontract Work. Subcontractor will perform the Subcontract Work in strict compliance with the Subcontract Documents, including but not limited to the Drawings, Specifications, and Project Schedule. Demolish/Remove buildings/structures as shown on the demolition plans including but not limited too; 4.2.1. Existing Trailers; including trailer skirts, parapets and all associated equipment 4.2.2. Metal Walkways & Ramps 4.2.3. Shade Covering Connecting Buildings 4.2.4. Remaining furniture, fixtures & equipment (note Mandatory job walk outlined in section 4.1 will help define extent of removals) 4.2.5. Hazmat abatement, freon, ACM, Lead Paint, etc. 4.2.6. All remaining items inside 4.2.7. All roof top equipment 4.3. Existing trailers maybe demolished or dismantled and removed from the project site at the bidding contractor’s discretion. Local Participation Goal 25% local and SBE/DVBE goal is 25%. Bids will only be accepted by shortlisted contractors: Aloha Construction, CSLM Construction, D3 Construction, Environmental Construction Group, GGG Demolition, Pacific Mobile Structures, Silverado Contractors, and Unlimited Environmental Sundt reserves the right to add or remove contractors to this list to meet the needs of this package.
