Provide all insurances to meet contract requirements, see alternate below for credit if OCIP is in place prior to start of work. 4.2. 3 weeks prior to starting work. Provide phasing and logistics plan inclusive of operational impacts, public safety and traffic control measures. 4.3. Provide utility mark-out to locate all known utilities on project site prior to excavation. 4.4. Provide all potholing required for the scope of work included in this bid package with the use of a vac truck. 4.5. Provide all traffic control required for scope of work. 4.6. Provide proper flagging, work plans and necessary overtime/night work for any portion of scope of work that interferes with AOA Gate Operation and/or roadway crossings. 4.7. Provide complete ductbank for SDG&E Line. 4.7.1. Provide dewatering as required to complete scope of work. 4.7.2. Provide complete sawcutting, removal, stockpiling, trenching, conduits, concrete encasement, backfill-compaction, patching or return to certified pad conditions for all SDG&E underground work. All excavation, bedding materials, backfill and compaction shall be pursuant to requirements of specifications, soils report and drawings. All areas of excavation shall be returned to +/- .1’ of finish grade and compacted to specifications at completion of under slab work.
