Berkshire Local School District is building a new PK-12 school that will be built in accordance with the Ohio School Design Manual. Only prequalified contractors may bid. Following is a list of contractors needed: 03A – Cast in Place Concrete, 04A – Masonry, 05A – Structural Steel Fabrication and Erection, 06A – Carpentry and Specialties, 07A – Polyvinyl-Chloride (PVC) Roofing, 09A – Interiors, 11A – Food Service Equipment, 13A – Grandstands and Press Boxes, 22A – Plumbing, 23A – HVAC and Integrated Automation, 26A – Electrical and Technology, 31A – Sitework, 32A – Final Site Development, 32B – Artificial Turf
