Description

 Rebuild components of an existing travelling water screen built in 2005 that is approximately 6’ x 30’ and is used to remove debris from the water prior to the intake pumps. This includes all materials, equipment, and labor to perform the replacement. It is anticipated that the following components will require rebuild: • UHMW strips and flight clips • SS flights • Upper bearings stainless steel inserts and housings • Lower bearing inserts and housings • C 2060 drive chain • Drive side stub end • Upper drum roller • Direct drive motor and gear box • Re-coat screen
