Description
Work being performed includes, but is not limited to, furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete renovations of Rotary Park located at 3505 Lowell Snohomish River Rd, Everett WA. The project scope includes replacing the existing concrete boat ramp boarding float, repairing areas of damaged asphalt pavement in the existing parking lot, seal coating surfaces, and restriping the existing parking lot and drives. Work includes, but is not limited to: in-water work, saw cutting, asphalt paving, seal coating and striping and performing all Work as required by the Contract, in accordance with the Contract Plans and Contract Provisions.
