Description
South Jordan City desires to select one construction company to provide construction services for South Jordan City’s 2021 Transite Replacement project. The intent of this solicitation is to receive a proposal with a statement of qualifications (SOQ) from Contractors and a price to:
- Furnish and install new waterlines to replace aging pipe on 10755 South & Y Worry Lane area as shown on the drawings and all related appurtenances to provide an operational and safe water system. In addition to the waterlines, the streets in the disturbed areas will also be milled and overlayed.
- Furnish and install storm drain pipe at Brooke N Lance and 10200 South.
- Furnish and install pre-cast concrete culverts at 10755 South and 10200 South.
- Replace curb and gutter in some locations at 10755 South & Y Worry Lane.
All bid schedules for this project include Furnishing and Installation of all Materials; Construction Surveying and Staking; Material Testing and Quality Control; All Labor, Supplies, Tools, Equipment, Parts, Rentals, Fuels, Utilities, Subcontractors, Suppliers, Mobilization and all other Costs including Overhead and Profit.The contractor is expected to complete the work within 180 calendar days from date of Notice to Proceed. The City anticipates that a Notice to Proceed may be given on November 11, 2021 but reserves the right to change such date.
The City does not provide Bidders lists or Planholders lists. The City reserves the right to award this bid in full or in part. All inquiries and responses must be made online via SciQuest. No paper bids will be accepted.
