Ashford Acres Secondary & Drinking Water Pipelines, South Jordan UT

Statements of Qualification for construction of secondary and drinking water pipelines to replace existing pipelines within the Ashford Acres subdivision. The project consists of approximately 5,360 feet of purple 8-inch diameter PVC C900 and 526 feet of 4” HDPE secondary water pipelines and approximately 5,700 feet of 8-inch diameter PVC C900 drinking water pipelines. The project also includes replacing drinking water service lines (including meter boxes) with poly-pipe, furnishing and installing fittings, fire hydrants, connection materials, and miscellaneous appurtenances. Upon completion of the pipelines the roads will also be milled and overlayed with paving fabric and 2 inches of asphalt.  Alternative Schedule: The work consists of the replacement approximately 1,206 feet of curb and gutter within the Ashford Acres subdivision including, but not limited to the demolition of existing curb and gutter, preparation of the site, forming, material equipment and labor to complete the job.  120 days completion.
