Description
Fairfax County (“County”) is soliciting pre-qualifications of bidders for construction of the Fairfax County Kingstowne Consolidated Facility. This project consists of an approximately 90,000 square feet 2-story new facility. Sitework includes a fueling station, playground for the Childcare Center, drive aisles for internal site circulation, a trash area, a secure fenced area for the Police, and on-site stormwater management facilities such as bio-retention ponds, and underground stormwater facility. The project address is 7130 & 7170 Silver Lake Blvd, Alexandria, VA 22315.
