Description
Fairfax County Public Schools invites bids for Automatic Temperature Control System Replacement at Bush Hill Elementary School. The system to be controlled under work of this section is basically comprised of the building HVAC system. The HVAC systems being controlled are Boilers, Chiller, Associated Pumps, Makeup Air Units, Fan Coil Units, Unit Ventilators, Rooftop Units, and Exhaust Fans. These specifications define the manner and method by which these controls function. The project scope shall include all associated related work as shown on the project drawings and as detailed in these specifications to provide a complete and fully operational system.
