Housing Rehab - Calle Zamora, Oracle, AZ

Pinal County (County) is seeking quotes for the repair of a home located at 1455 N. Calle Zamora, Oracle, Arizona 85623. The home is owned by a resident of the County who qualifies for Housing Urban Development Grant Funding (HUD) for the home repair. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, and equipment, transportation, facilities, utilities and expertise for housing repairs located at 1455 N. Calle Zamora, Oracle, Arizona 85623 in strict conformity and in accordance with the approved specifications. The work is to be accomplished in a good workmanlike and substantial manner and to the satisfaction of the Pinal County CDBG Coordinator. This work shall be accomplished in accordance with the standards of the Industry in use at the time of the signing of this contract. Contractor will also be responsible for hauling off and disposing of excess material at an acceptable location. The Scope of Work is sufficient to meet the applicable requirements adopted by Pinal County Housing Program. The Contractor has been warned about potential danger involved in working in old houses where lead-based paint may have been used. The house is being treated for termites under this contract unless it is currently under a retreatment contract with a professional exterminator. Questions due via email December 14, 2021 by 5:00pm.
