New Hall Fire Alarm Upgrades, Westfield, MA

General Scope of Work: Add mass notification to existing fire alarm system in New Hall Dormitory. Work will include new equipment, wiring and devicing throughout New Hall. Work will take place over the University’s summer break starting in late May and wrapping up at the end of July. Electrical: Furnish and install new equipment, wiring and devicing for new mass notification system to be integrated into existing fire alarm system. Include University’s proprietary fire alarm vendor as a sub-subcontractor. Painting: Paint interior GWB and CMU ceilings and partitions where patching is required for new mass notification system. This RFQ is intended to pre-qualify interested Trade Contractors for bidding on one or more Authority projects in the trades identified in Part I of this RFQ. Interested Trade Contractors in the categories identified in Part I are invited to submit a Trade Contractor Statement of Qualifications to the MSCBA.
