Description
Scope of work involves: 1. Removal and reinstallation of roof tile and installation of membrane base; 2. Repair of any damaged ply wood on roof deck; 3. Clean the roof & apply elastomeric (AC Unit Area). Bidder is to include in the price, labor, magterials, supervision, any freight, equioment rentals in hauling off of debris. The City of Laredo has established a 5% local vendor preference for this project.
